Managing Your Account
Sign in, view your reports, and manage billing for your GEOsync subscription.
Signing in
GEOsync uses email-based authentication. Enter your email address on the sign-in page, and we'll send you a secure login link. Click the link to access your account—no password to remember.
If you can't access your account or didn't receive the login email, check your spam folder and verify you used the correct email address. If you're still locked out, contact us at info@geo-sync.io.
Your reports
After running a GEO Analysis, your report is available in the dashboard. Each report includes:
- GEO Score and multi-LLM comparison
- Site health scan (HTML structure, meta tags, structured data)
- AI model summaries showing how each engine interprets your page
- Downloadable PDF for your records or client review
You can re-run reports on the same URL to track improvements over time. See Understanding Your Report for a detailed guide.
EchoTune™ workflow
EchoTune™ is our guided rewrite engine. It proposes tuned versions of page content designed for clarity, attribution, and answer readiness. You review every change, keep control of brand voice, and can use the before/after output as a client-ready artifact.

Billing
Manage your subscription, update payment details, and download invoices from your account billing page. You can change or cancel your plan at any time—changes apply to the next billing cycle.

Data & privacy
GEOsync applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. We collect only what's necessary to provide the service, and we don't sell your information.

Troubleshooting
- Can't sign in? Verify you're using the correct email address and check spam for the login link.
- Report taking too long? Large pages or high server load can extend processing time. If a report exceeds 10 minutes, contact support.
- PDF won't download? Try a different browser or clear your cache. If the issue persists, we can email your report directly.
- Billing question? Check Plans & Billing first, then reach out if you need clarification.
